This website is dedicated to a homeowner-based effort to keep any fast-food oriented business from locating in a vacant lot that adjoins the Devonwood Estates development in Fountain Valley. McDonalds and Panda Express are about to petition the Fountain Valley Planning Commission for a zoning variance to locate their respective restaurants in this location. If allowed to succeed, this would cause extreme danger to our children and greatly devalue our neighborhood.

Our latest neighborhood meeting last Monday was well attended and very informative. The next is not yet scheduled, but stay tuned and it will be posted here. Reports were given on several meetings with City Officials. It seems that we are doing a good job helping everyone involved understand our concerns.
